The Short Version
Your data stays on your device. Our free web tools process everything in your browser — nothing is sent to our servers. The Chrome extension stores data locally in IndexedDB on your machine.
What We Collect on the Website
- Analytics — We use privacy-friendly analytics to count page views and understand which tools are most used. No personal data is collected.
- Email (optional) — If you subscribe to our newsletter, we store your email address with our email provider (Beehiiv). You can unsubscribe at any time.
What the Chrome Extension Stores
- Client information you enter (stored locally in IndexedDB)
- Document history (stored locally in IndexedDB)
- Brand kit settings (stored locally in IndexedDB)
- License key (stored in chrome.storage.local)
All extension data is stored on your device. We never upload your documents, client information, or any content to our servers.
License Validation
The Chrome extension validates your license key with Polar (our payment provider) approximately every 7 days. This sends only your license key — no document or client data.
