Setup for Pro Users

Thank you for purchasing FreelanceDesk Pro. Follow these three steps to activate your license and unlock unlimited documents, clients, templates, Brand Kit, and watermark-free PDFs.

Step 1 — Find Your License Key

After your purchase, Polar (our payment provider) shows your license key on the receipt page. You'll also receive it by email. It looks something like this:

Copy this key, you'll paste it in the next step.

Step 2 — Open Extension Settings

Open the FreelanceDesk extension and navigate to Settings. You can get there in two ways:

• From the dashboard: Click the gear icon in the sidebar
• From the popup: Click the FreelanceDesk icon in your toolbar, then click the gear icon

Once in Settings, click the License tab.

Step 3 — Paste and Activate

Paste your license key into the input field and click Activate. That's it. The extension validates your key instantly, and you'll see a green “License Active” confirmation.

You're All Set

Once activated, everything unlocks immediately:

• Unlimited documents and clients
• All 45 templates across 9 styles
• Brand Kit: your logo, colors, and fonts on every document
• Custom template editor
• Watermark-free professional PDFs
• Encrypted backups with password protection

A Pro badge appears next to FreelanceDesk in the sidebar. All limits are removed. Go create something great.

Need Help?

If your key isn't working, check that you're copying the full key with no extra spaces and that your internet connection is active (activation requires a one-time server call). You can activate on up to 3 devices.
